I opened my Router Firewall settings and notived that under PortForwarding, there is an entry - Teredo
UDP Any -> 63427. I do not think I did this (or if I did, it was not intentional). I was playing with this only because I wanted to set up Remote Desktop between two computers on my home network and it is possible I might have done this by mistake , or it was something that is required or it may be maclicious. Will you pls let me know if I should worry about this entry, should I have to keep this or delete this?

I don't have a great understanding of Teredo, but it has to do with IPv6. You need not worry about it. If you delete it I doubt that you will have any trouble; if you do have trouble just put it back. :)
