If you’re a Windows 7 or 8.1 user that keeps swatting away those annoying pop-ups to upgrade — Microsoft has launched a cool new portal which allows users to test run the Windows 10 Emulator. but whatever your OS this is a preview.

no need to install anything. just click on the portal and decide on the type of task you'd like to perform and give Windows 10 a spin. you'll be upgrading in no time, maybe.

Not really an emulator or a test run - more of a view/recording of how W10 works
First things first, the site uses the term “emulator,” but the demonstration is definitely not that. Instead, Microsoft’s portal uses a faux laptop and recorded demonstrations that show you around the Windows environment. When you click something, like “Stay on top of my calendar,” the portal shows you a demonstration of how things get done in Windows 10.
Just in case people think running this will prove their hardware is compatible and will work on Windows 10
