Testing ADSL Synchronization fail

    I have 2 routers on 1 the internet work fine on the other the internet not work and I see this when I start diagnostic "Testing ADSL Synchronization---fail"
    Why?
    Can I fix that?

    Are you trying to run two DSL modems at the same time, on the same phone line? If so, it won't work.

    What is the brand and model number of the failing unit? Are both the same brand and model number?

    When you run the diagnostic, what tests pass and what other tests fail?

    Exactly how are you testing each unit?
