Text is with italic font style- can't change it

hi, all the text i've been seeing is with this italic font, windows welcome message, browsing the web, icq when people write to me or I write to them it's all tilted with this italic font, even Google is with this font.
how can I change it?

Tools>options>fonts. Is this how you have it set?
