text under icons

    is there a way i can get rid of the lines under the text writing under the icons
    thanx

    If you are talking about the DESKTOP icons, then you have Active Desktop turned one. Open Windows Explorer and from the MENU at the top choose; VIEW/Folder Options... Take the DOT mark out of the Web Style and choose the bottom one (Custom..) This will take the underline off your Desktop Icons but now you'll have to double click the icons to open them instead of one click before. If this is not what you are posting about, please post back with more info.... :D
