Tweezers and if that doesn't work I recommend you take the card reader out of the tower and take it apart. It is quite easy actually. Besides that, a card reader is probably cheaper than the card. Whatever you do make sure you unplug the tower from the power supply.

Superglue on a toothpick? You can scrape it off with a razor after you get it out.

I take it you would have opened the computer case and checked that provisions weren’t made to open the card reader or push the card out from the back.

I have a knitting or crochet needle – I have no idea which. But it has a thin metal shaft and a small hook on the end. If the card was in the larger CF slot I would try to worry it out with that.

Two sided carpet tape on a cut off popsicle stick might work if you used a very thin piece so it didn’t stick to a surface on the card reader.

The small Swiss Army knives made to put on your keychain have a slide out pair of stainless steel tweezers that are flat and small. You might be able to do something with that if there is an exposed corner.

Noyb’s suggestion to use a vacuum cleaner might be dicy for both the card and reader. But the cards are pretty sturdy and it might work.

Put a Sock over the end of the vaccuum first.
Might try to wiggle the card with a paper clip while vacuuming.

Maybe it was made in Mexico Candy. :p

My 6 in 1 card reading I have I only have the flash card and it only goes in the slot one way. I just tried and it wil only go in the right way. But also when it is in the slot half the card is still outside the card reader so you can just grab it and pull it out. Don't now if other cards would stick out that much when they are in the slot or not.
