i Tunes Not Detecting Burning Software

Just want to thank techguy for their very helpful forum, and especially the post by (gcuneo2). It was his post that I followed that got me thru and over the problems I encounted with my unability or problem to burn Cd's
from my i-tunes library. Can't tell how frustrating it was dealing with this situation. The i tunes tech was kind
and tried her best emailing me info that i had already tried and was of no use. By following the instructions of
(gcuneo2) to the letter I was able to resolve the problem and end my nightmares. I truely thank you all. Just for your info, I did not waste any time burning 3 cd's today. Bless you one and all !!!
