Thanks to everyone who helped yesterday. I've done everything that was suggested but, when I purchased Internet Security from Symantec and installed it wouldn't run. So, I did a scan with HouseCall and then Norton Picked up about ten viruses. I couldn't get the software to work properly because of errors so, I uninstalled and reinstalled. Now when I try to access the options it brings up SYMANTEC USER SESSION HAS ENCOUNTERD A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE. I clicked to get more info and it said Error Signature Appname:ccapp.exe AppVer:103.0.2.10??? Like I said I can't get any of this software to work properly. Also, In my previous post I mentioned that my sound skips or cuts out completely....It's allmost like I'm running to many programs with not enough memory....but, that is not the case. Also, the ps2.exe isn't running I went through the process to delete it. Winsys32.exe I deleted it but could not finish the scan becasue of the software problem. Here is my last post for reference:

I bought my computer maybe a year and a half ago. I've been running into all kinds of problems. First, it is an HP pavilion 734n running XP home. My biggest concern is that when ever the status light goes on the sound fades out completely...this includes when I start it up. I am not running many programs and I have more than enough memory avaible....I believe it's 60% free. I think I am running 512 ram...I'll have to double check. Also, it seems that the graphics are affected by this....they seem to load slowly. I have just intstalled a new sound card to try to fix the problem a Sound Blaster live LS. It has improved it alittle but, it still skips. Also, I'm on a wireless network and have been trying to use the new Apple Airtunes. When I try to set it up it says that it it unable to access the sub system and won't let me configure it. Next, I was running Zone Alarm and it just disappeared...I then tried to uninstall and it said it was unable to for some reason....(I'll check on that) So, I downloaded the free version from the ZA website and It kept freezing up saying that I was losing connection...which I wasn't. Finally i ran Ad-Aware and it seemed to fix it because it downloaded completely. But, after it installed the program would not run. I restarted my computer 4 times and right clicked and hit open. I would get the hour glass for a second but, then nothing....No icon, no nothing. I'm sorry if I'm giving useless info but, I'm trying to be as specific as possiable. I will have to check the exact errrors at a later time. I read some posts and they said to do a start up list....So I did. Here it is and thanks in advance.
