I would like to thank all the kind folks who help make this site a great place to receive infomation. My daughter was having problems loading the web page for the university she attends. Any other web page would load fine, just not the one she needed. I searched through the site and found this fix

regsvr32 Shdocvw.dll
regsvr32 Shell32.dll
regsvr32 Oleaut32.dll
regsvr32 Actxprxy.dll
regsvr32 Mshtml.dll
regsvr32 Urlmon.dll

It fixed the problem.
Thanks again and I think I will spend some more time here if
you all allow me to.
