    It's gone!

    But only on my account. Any ideas on how to get it back?

    Click on Start
    Settings
    Taskbar & Start Menu
    Always On Top

    See if this works. :)

    Ya can't click on it if you cannot find it. Hit the windows key and it should pop up. Once you find it drag it where you want it.
