I'm running Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2007. Someone sent me many photos and it has caused a problem with my entire e-mail system. I can't send or receive, nor can I delete.
I've tried several things, perhaps not the right thing to fix this problem.
Can someone help me? I'm about to throw the computer out the window . . .only problem is we live on the first floor and the computer would only land in the shrubs and probably destroy my shrubs. More problems :(

Are you saying that you use Outlook 2007 for sending and receiving emails?

The real problem may be at the server level and they may be hung there.

Can you log into your email from within a browser, if so, login there see if you can delete the file with all of these images.
