I need help. I've got a win 98SE, P4 1.6 that freezes once the desktop comes up. Booting up is pretty quick, after the win 98 screen it looks like it's gonna boot up. The hour glass is moving and then a little bar that says explorer pops up in the lower left corner, the hour glass gets smaller and then nothing else happens. The mouse still moves but that's it. Ctrl-alt-del only brings up a blank end task list. I've replaced the system32 folder and tried installing over the current 98 and still nothing. I thought it might have something to do with the video card but it looks like the right driver is in there. (I found this after setting this system up to dual boot with win 2000 so I could see the files) It won't boot normal or safe mode, it locks up in the same place for both. The bootlog.txt says that sisglsv.dll had a LOADFAIL but I can't find this file anywhere, as well as sismini and sdvxd which were other failed processes. Please help:confused:

This is a pc that I built in January. I had to replace a PS once but other than that no problems.
