The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Ide\IdePort1. Help?

So after doing alot of troubleshooting I have ran into this error which seems to be a problem. Im not sure what the solution is but i will provide screenshots to try help you understand.

I dont have my CD Disk drive plugged in due to a lack of wires from my PSU but im not sure thats the problem.
I was made aware of this problem by a Razer diagnostic I ran, link here: (http://i540.photobucket.com/albums/gg334/jakeebo/rzrdiag.png)
