I have a slight problem, at my place of work i started making images of machines and throwing them on a FAT32 Partition, and then removing the drive letter so no one can tamper with it. but recently i've noticed the partitions are going from "Healthy" to "Healthy (Unknown)", then the partition is unaccessable, i can't assign it a drive letter. can someone help me and let me know whats causing this?

    thanks

Can you explain the procedure a bit more? Are these partitions mirrored on an external drive or what?

It could be that the partitions are being "hidden" from one another. Are they boot partitions?
