the service cannot accept control messages at this time

    When ı try to open spesific apllications this message comes up.Except from ie and other browsers and some programs, ı also cant open anything with requires user permission like services and other tabs
    I couldnt burn cd at the moment ı am getting error at the and dont know if it is connected with this
    Actually its been long time since ı updated my laptop but ı did after very long period.
    Found some malware infected and cleaned but no good.
    What can be wrong? What should ı do now?

    Which specific applications stops?

    There is a temporary mismatch between the requested control and the state of the service to be controlled. The service may be in a state of start-pending, stop-pending, or stopped.

    If you can determine which service it is that is causing this you might be abled to restart or stop the service and see if that helps...
    The applications that your trying to start might use the same service which probably needs to be restarted.
    First try restarting your computer, see if that works since all services will then restart. If that doesn't work try this:

    go to start -> search -> component services -> services

    Find the service that might cause this issue (user account controll perhaps?), right click -> start
