From what I've read so far, the file is likely corrupted in some way. It's in a supported format (mp4) otherwise, you would be getting a different error. The error you are getting is generic in that it doesn't tell you what is wrong with the file, simply that it can't be processed. This could be for numerous reasons. The first post that I read, the error was caused by the file meta data was missing.
The raw file uploaded fine it must be something after. Tut i cant use the raw file because the audio was too low. So i had to put the audio in Audacity and amplify the audio. and when i edited the video and render it. It uploads but fails to process!
What Video Editor ... What Operating System ???
I use W7 and Adobe Premiere Elements ... (that can edit Volume)
Mp4 works for me .... I'm wondering about Frame rate ???

Your Previous post indicates 1280 x 720 - 29.665828???
I'd think DaVinci should've worked ...
Does it have an option to output to a YT HD format ??
I'd suggest getting a trial of Adobe Premier Elements and trying it.
It should be on sale soon ... New versions come out around September. (The newer Versions of Adobe only work in W10)
Makes me wonder if W10 <> DaVinci might be the issue ???
Attached is Version 13 output choices
The output selection choices will change in the newer Versions of Adobe ... (that won't work in my W7 system .. Audio issues)
Attached is Verizon 18 choices.
