    Greetings again,
A friend (in another county) has a Vista PC which, having been behaving and printing properly for years, has suddenly refused to recognise his printer giving the error message ""there is no default printer allocated". He has reinstalled the printer from scratch to no avail. I have never come across this - can anyone solve this problem, please?
