Cleaned my system of a virus I had (Trojan.Vundo) used SDFix and VundoFix along the way.

After I had cleaned it all up and everything was ok I assumed it would be ok to remove the folders that SDFix and VundoFix has created in C://. It seems after doing saw it has caused a problem in my system, can't be sure but here is the error I am recieving along with a HJT log.

The first time I saw the error when I told my computer to "shut down after installing updates". After it logging off windows it showed a similar Application Error to the one below and the update and then shutdown process did not finnish. The updates were not already installed, windows had downloaded them in the background and when I went to switch off it told me the computer would install the updates and then shut down. The error appeared during update 1 of 16 so I assume none were installed.

Also here is some more information from a recent error.
    Error Signature:
    szAppName : svchost.exe szAppVer : 5.1.2600.2180 szModName : msi.dll
    szModVer : 3.1.4000.2435 offset : 00012780

    Error Report Contents:

    C:\DOCUME~1\Michael\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7198.dir00\svchost.exe.mdmp
    C:\DOCUME~1\Michael\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7198.dir00\appcompat.txt

Note that at the moment the error is on the screen and the system seems to be running fine. I'm worried that after I click OK, or Send Error Report or Don't Send the system will crash like it has done the previous times. The error seems to appear about 30 seconds after startup. It turns out that if I choose to send or not send the error report the system crashes.

Here is the HJT report while the errors were still on screen.
