Third Monitor Stopped Working (Not Detected)

Hey there. I have a computer which has had three monitors connected to it for some time. All three monitors have functioned perfectly up until recently. Now the third monitor is showing up as not being detected.

I have already...

Updated Invidia Drivers
Tried disabling Intel Graphics Card in case of interference
Used Windows Display Settings to try and enable third monitor (just shows there is a third, says it is not currently connected)
Used Nvidia Control Panel to Enable Three displays (this one allows you to enable the third monitor, but enabling the third monitor disables a different monitor so you are still stuck with 2/3 working monitors)

Two monitors are connected via Display Ports, one via HDMI. The monitor that has stopped functioning is connected via Display Port.

If you take out the other display port, does the affected monitor show up?
