I'm at a total loss. I've uninstalled the drivers and reinstalled them for my Intel Network Adapter but I keep getting this code 10 error. I'm using a new MSI MPG Z390 Gaming Plus LGA1151 (Intel 8th and 9th Gen) motherboard. I spoke with MSI support and they told me to update my bios and do a fresh install of windows. This would require a ton of work for me because I would have to reinstall all my software as well.

If anyone has any other suggestions I would be grateful to hear them.

    Thanks,
    Bryan

Probably, not necessarily, a hardware failure. Use a different network adapter (USB or, if you have a spare slot, a PCI or PCIe one).

Yes, I agree with you. I purchased a PCI Ethernet adapter for $14.00. It's still disappointing that this problem of "code 10" is so prevalent and neither Intel, ASUS, or MSI can provide any real guidance - just "reinstall your drivers and reboot." I hate hearing these kinds of boilerplate responses.

In my experience, it is a hardware failure.
