I have NO idea what is going on with my computer. When I am online and surfing around it does fine for awhile, then when I click on a link it just sits for like 2-3 minutes. Once the link comes up I can surf around for another 5 minutes and then it just sits there again...waiting and waiting and waiting. I have run adaware, spybot, AVG anti-virus etc and I am getting nowhere. Please help as this driving me crazy. Also, I have contacted my ISP and they have run a line test and everything is A OK. Thanks for the help!

By waiting, do you mean your machine locks up to where you cannot do anything or just the internet surfing is delayed for the 2 to 3 minutes?

Just the surfing is delayed. Oh, I almost forgot. Sometimes I get a box that will come up while I am surfing that says "work offline" and then you either click work offline or try again. As soon as I click "try again" I am jamming again. Another thing, and this is very rare, but I will click on a link and the whole browser will close. BTW I am using IE explorer v6.0

    Try This:
In Internet Explorer: Go to Tools> Options > Programs > Click the "Reset Web Settings" button.
A second window will contain a box "Also reset my home page". If you do not want to change your Home page, be sure this is unchecked. ---911
