This virus is killing me softly

    Any advice on this is hugely appreciated!

    Task Manager and Registry are disabled. I have run commands (from Start > Run) to remove the registry keys that are disabling these two items. I can then run task manager and Registry Editor... for a while. Then, after a little while they have been disabled again.

    My PC is infected with some kind of virus. I've updated my virus definitions in Symantec and run full scans. It detects and quarantines several items but problem still exists.
