Did you download and install the proper (32- or 64-bit) Windows 7 driver?

If the download is a self-extracting self-installing .exe file just run it. If the download just includes the actual driver (.inf file) find the THRUSTMASTER in Device Manager and install or update driver. When asked you point it to the folder with the proper driver file.
