Im using TightVNC at work to monitor 3 employee's computers. It autostarts when the computer starts up, but i do have it where it is not shown in the system tray. Is there a way to start up TightVNC on system startup where it shows no interface (almost as if it wasnt there).

The main goal is when the employees switch computers, for them to have no idea that TightVNC is monitoring them.

There are other ways about investigating this but just curious if anyone knew a way to completely hide TightVNC?
