 Can anyone tell me how to change the setting for my mouse so I only have to single click instead of double click. I knew where to change it on Windows 98 but I can't find where to change it in Windows XP. I went to my computer and clicked on the mouse icon but that only lets you change the speed of the click I couldn't find where to change it to a single click. Help

Open My Computer, Tools>Folder Options, on the first tab at the bottom, select Single-click to open an item

Go into a folder and then on the menu bar goto "Tools".
    Click on "Folder Options".
Under "Generals Tab" , goto ""click items as follow""and then check "single click to open an item""
