I am worried that some of the emails I have sent in Microsoft Outlook will be garbled or unviewable. When I was sending them, a window popped up that asked for me to send the message 'normal' or 'unicode', and I chose Unicode. But, I have just read that it is possible that they either will not get it or it will not be readable... is this true? How bad will the text look if they are not Unicode enabled?
    looking for relief...
