How do I create folders and combine like programs that show in "All Programs". I want to put all the various utility programs I have into one folder called "Utilities"?

    Navigate to
    "C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Start Menu\Programs"
    or
    "C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs"
in this folder you can create additional fodlers that will show in your Start Menu.

Then simply drag'n'drop til you're all organized.
