How do I disable Tool Tips in Windows XP. For example when I point to the printer in Outlook Express I don't want a message coming up in a box saying Print!

Run regedit and navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

Look in the right hand pane for the value ShowInfoTip

Double click that and change the data value to 0
