Torjans PSW.X, Networm, Spyware.Cyberlog-x and Trojan-Spy

    Trying to remotely help my brother with a problem he's having. He's got trojans and that's out of my league, I'm hoping someone here can help. If so, I'll send him to this site to follow up, rather than going through me. Here's what I do know...

    He's got a Yellow Triangle with an exclamation point in it in my taskbar that lists the Trojan that he has. It's telling him to click on the balloon to download spyware for to get rid of the trojan - I'm afraid that's just more spyware.
