Hey there guys I just purchased this laptop from best buy less than 90 days ago and before this started happening I noticed it took forever to shut down so i went back to see if it shut down and then a blue screen came up saying system is shutting down to prevent further damage to system. Then it really did not shut down and instead kind of restarted or whatever and said could not load system. And I have Kaspersky and no virus or anything was on the computer I am just stumped luckily it is on warranty but what do you guys think it is faulty hardware and such? I mean now when I turn it on it has kind of a crackling noise sound it kind of reminds me of when my seagate external hard drive made a noise and could not load and such. I can get to the setup page by pressing F12 but then when I want it to go to the main screen of where you enter password and get to the actual startup it does not even go that far it just hangs

Any way it is just frustrating
