So my toshiba satellite a105 s4284 was working just fine yesterday but today i tried to power it up but it wont. The battery is pretty much dead so i have to conect the charger everytime i use it , and that has been doing just fine , i will conect the charger , the battery and the "ON" light will turn orange and the charger conected or whatever is called would turn blue then i just press the power button and i would work as normaly. Today when i connected it only the charging light would turn orange and the lights from the cap lock and two other one that are close to the f1-f12 line would turn green. and if i remove the battery only the lights of the cap locks and the other two turn on. I proved the charger is alright so i dont know what to do pls help.

It originally came with Windows XP Media Center Edition 32-bit.

Considering how old that laptop is, it obviously has a hardware issue.
It's probably time to replace it.
