As of two days ago I'm experiencing a complete system freeze accompanied by graphical glitches across the screen, such as boxes and lines of miscellaneous colors. It'll stop taking input within 2 seconds or so from the screen thing, and audio will hang or loop. My assumption is a GPU issue. I'm using an Nvidia Geforce GTX760. I've removed it from the computer and cleaned it thoroughly, updated drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the updated drivers. On my last restart I noticed Chrome would randomly hang for 20-40 seconds before returning control to me. Also text went missing from File Explorer and Event Viewer. Screenshot 1. Screenshot 2. Following is all criticals and errors in event viewer that it shows for the last 3 days.

In that screen I can't find these 4 events that happened 2 days ago, but I copied them down as they seemed important:

Service Control Manager 7000
The Delivery Optimization service failed to start due to the following error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion.

Service Control Manager 7009
A timeout was reached (30000 milliseconds) while waiting for the Delivery Optimization service to connect.

Service Control Manager 7031
The NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 time(s). The following corrective action will be taken in 6000 milliseconds: Restart the service.

Service Control Manager 7023
The NVIDIA LocalSystem Container service terminated with the following error: A generic command executable returned a result that indicates failure.

Notably none of these occured when the system hung as there isn't a Kernel-Power message happening at the same time.

As I said in the title, I suspect that the GPU is failing and I'd like some way to confirm that before I spend money I can't really afford. Thanks for any and all help!

You have GPU too small, No offense.
I've seen enderman's videos:
Go to 3:17 (you dont have to, well if you want.)

This doesn't look at all like the issue I'm having. I managed to take a picture of the last instance on my phone:
20200510_232251.jpg

When it happens the entire system freezes. I can't tell from the video what memory values he's changing, but my PC has 16GB of RAM and my graphics card has 2GB, which is a lot more than he's putting on that VM. I've also been using this graphics card in Windows 10 for a few months now without any issue, and years in Windows 7.
