I have built myself a database with access2000 and all my calculations seem to work right until I turn them in to currency format (2 decimal places) then sometimes my totals are 1 cent more than they should be. I'm sure this is due to either rounding up or rounding down. Can any body tell me how to get true totals.

    thanx

You need to round before you total (in this case). Generally it is not a good idea, but in order to get the total to be the sum of the displayed figures you have to do it.
