The guys at the Microsoft store took my computer back to factory settings. During the process the touch screen was disabled. They said it would have to go back to HP for about a month. I can't afford to be without my computer for a month.

Is there anything that can be done? I am coming to the end of my warranty in a few weeks.

    Can you help?
