Hello,

I have searched already for this but nothing quite fits my problem.

I have an Acer Aspire Z5610 touchscreen all in one PC on Windows 10. The touchscreen stopped working, I found it was hidden in the device management with an error code 45 in the device properties. I restarted the PC and a windows update occurred, I now no longer have the touchscreen driver there (not even hidden?).

Anyone know of how I get this back?

Thanks in advance

From what I can determine, the Acer Aspire Z5610 all-in-one desktop originally came with Windows 7 64-bit.
What's the exact SNID number and serial number on yours?

There doesn't appear to be Windows 10 64-bit drivers for it, so that means it wasn't tested for Windows 10 64-bit.
That doesn't mean it can't run Windows 10 64-bit, but it's possible that one or more of its devices won't work properly.

What "Version" and "OS Build" of Windows 10 64-bit is it currently running?
