So I just built my first PC and everything is great till I tried using my VR set up. I'm having issues with the serial bus controller not recognizing the usb 3.0 and I'm getting a notification device unknow. I'm going to try and use a powered usb 3.0 hub and hope that works. I saw a few threads that said it corrected that problem. (Fingers crossed) But now I'm having a TSP65994 issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Some error codes are as follows.

as my colleague Couriant asks, but also have you enabled VR on the 2060 in the Nvidia control panel
and in relation to the connection for the VR - have you installed the driver
Many VR devices require a driver before the USB port will recognise it

This is not directly relevant to your situation, as we do not know your setup but it has useful general advice
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/mixed-reality/enthusiast-guide/headset-connectivity

I would have thought that is your first approach - and check the power requiremnt of the USB device .
