    Ok-very strange.

I Decided to start using Outlook to read all my mail from several email account. However, when I added my msn account to outlook it only imported some of my mail and not the rest. Basically not all the messages I had saved transferred over to the files in outlook. Can someone tell me why and how to fix.

    Hi SargeDFS

I don't use MSN, is it an HTTP account or a POP account?
If it is an HTTP account it will have its own separate Personal Folders in Outlook.
What version of Outlook are you using?

Its POP3 and when I assigned the email account to outlook it created all the folders under the email address but only filled the first half. The remaining half didnt transfer over. Im using Outlook 2003

Did you configure your MSN settings as listed in this link?
How to configure MSN to work with Outlook

The folders that do not populate, are they default folders from the MSN account, or are they folders you created on the MSN mail server?
