I have been using Quicken for years and have about 5 years historical data in Quicken 2002 that I would like to transfer to Microsoft Money 2003 that I just installed.

When I try to transfer the Quicken files I get a Microsoft message asking for my Quicken password. I have not used a password with Quicken for years and when I tried to use the password that I had used a number of years ago; Money would not accept it and would not allow me to transfer the files.

ANY help will be greatly appreciated by this novice...

Is the Quicken data on a drive that is on a network share or a local drive? Never heard of the password thing for the data import process if it is all on a local drive. Is Money supposed to be able to import the data?
