Good Morning/Afternoon,
I'm looking at a friends Laptop - ACER ASPIRE E15 (E5-511-C1K2) Running Win 8.1
They couldn't remove Trend Micro, so i used the Trend Micro Diagnostic tool to remove it.
However now there is no WIFI, or Cable connection.
I have tried Uninstalling and re-installing the Network Drivers
Device managers has it as a Qualcomm Artheros AR956x Wireless Network card
Theres also a Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

Specs are:
Tech Support Guy System Info Utility version 1.0.0.9
OS Version:
Processor: , CPU Count:
Total Physical RAM:
Graphics Card:
Hard Drives:
Motherboard:
System:
Antivirus: None

Also i noticed the speakers/ audio service is not running/working either.

Any help would be great, I'm suppose to give the laptop back tomorrow morning.

Regards

Mark
