Hi All,

I have been looking for an application where I can translate data between MS Excel, Word, Access to my CRM and Project Management tool.

There are times when alot of data duplication occurs. Is there an application where it can intelligently seek where data needs to be duplicated and add to the relevant places.
Or an application that provides a template which can be customized and then it translates/converts the data used in all other applications in one go.
Or are there any applications that can be a neutral data platform between applications where data can be imported and exported (kind of he same thing).

Thanks!!!

That sounds like a very tall order.
Can you give examples of how the data is displayed in the 5 different packages and what you want to do with it?

Yes Sure!
Generate number in Goldmine (CRM)
Assign dates and names (CRM)
Duplicate Process in Repository (Project Management Tool)
Assign Team in Repository (Project Management Tool)
Duplicate process in Tracker (excel)
Create template in Workbench (Project Management Tool)
Duplicate details in Project Numbering Database (Access)
Create Project folder from Active projects

Sorry there is 4. Basically my guys have alot of data duplication to do from different apps.
For example, project number, names, dates, values, teams, clients, status of the project, client contacts.
These fields are repeated in different places and I want to integrate it somehow.

:)
