How do you trigger a custom function or sub in Excel?

For instance, in Access or VB, I can create a button that upon clicking will execute the sub/function. How do I do this in Excel?

If I udnerstand your question correctly.

    - Right-click in the toolbar area
    - Select "Forms" toolbar
    - Click on the "Button" button in the new toolbar.
    - Drag out button on the sheet
    - "Assgin Macro" will come up.
    - Pick your macro

    That should do it
