trojan horse dyfrica

    system XP home,isp AOL,av AVG6..recently infected with a trojen horse, 4 files effected( 2 named trojon horse downloader toolbar g.these two were healed and vaulted by the avg program not to reapear.) the other two files were named trojon horsedownloader dyfrica b.these also appeared to be healed by avg but,the next day when i click on I.E. i get an alert that the said same two dyfrica infected files are there.
    they are found in C:\ Programfiles|internet optermizer\update\actalert.exe. After the avg clean these files are gone but over the past 3 days they return. I also occaisionally get a desktop shortcut placed on my desktop for OLD PORT with a pack of playing card icon if I right click on it the info is http://bis,180 solutions.com/ads,ASPX?....
    any help or advise greatly appreciated dave

    Please do this. Go here http://www.tomcoyote.org/hjt/ and download Hijack This. Un Zip it and click on the Hijackthis.exe.

    Click the "Scan" button when the scan is finished the scan button will become "Save Log" click that and save the log.

    Go to where you saved the log and click on "Edit > Select All" then click on "Edit > Copy" then Paste the log back here in a reply.

    Do NOT have Hijack This fix anything yet. Most of what it finds will be harmless. Someone here will be glad to advise you on what to fix.

    The log may reveal the source of the problem.
