Maybe you can try a system restore at bootup...Shut down the computer. Restart and hit F8 before Windows boots, and there should be a restore item in the menu.

Move HiJackThis out of that temp folder to a permanent folder like C:\HJT

Print this boot to safe mode

    Download CWShredder http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html
    Close all browser windows,
Open cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" and let it run.

AdAware SE 1.05 http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html, check for update and fix all

    boot to safe mode

    Fix these with HJT

    View Hidden Files
Open Windows Explorer. Go to Tools, Folder Options and click on the View tab.
Make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files".
Now click "Apply to all folders", Click "Apply" then "OK"

    Delete these files

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\poai.dll

START – RUN – key in %temp% OK - Edit – Select all – File – Delete – Make sure it is the Larry account
    Empty the recycle bin
Boot and post a new log
