trojan mess

    hi, i have a trojan ace on my computer and i am going crazy trying to get rid of it. can i please get some help. i am running windows xp. every few minutes i get a message about restrictions and then spysweeper pops up with the screen that shows the trojan ace x on it. i tried deleting it but it wouldnt or couldnt do it. this has been going on for about 2 days. i downloaded hijackthis and here is the log for that:
