Trojan - Viewpoint?

    Been having problems on this computer.
    Ran Xoftspy and ran clean however the viewpoint registry entries returned.
    I surfed and found some files that shouldnt be in the system32 directory
    csrs.exe, lsass.exe,and jview.exe. Of course these files cant be deleted, 'in use by application'.
    hijack report showed: O10 - Unknown file in Winsock LSP: c:\windows\system32\nwprovau.dll which ithink maybe the source of my ills.
    Any help would be so grateful.
