Was trying to download some stuff, didn't work so I left off to play games, Spy sweeper kept telling me to block this browser helper yet it was repeated, I clicked block at least 10 times and it kept popping up with a new one so I finally allowed, and bam. I'm hit with this ugly trojan. My last hope is you guys, and I have the log file(HJT), help if you can.

This has basically come to my last hope on things. Usually when I get a virus or trojan I'm able to understand what to do to remove it, yet what most sites said if nothing else worked use hijack this and post a log of it and wait for someone to see the files infected.
I have a trojan winlogon hook that says when ran in spysweeper it's in the registry of
    HKLM\software\microsoft\mssmgr
obviously it's not an existing path so I was wondering if you guys could help.
Below is my HJT log file, thanks

Well, because no one really responded to any of my posts, and having some knowledge on computers and what could be the trojan I fixed a couple of the items that I could tell were causing the trojan to run, so I fxed them, Hijack this urged me to restart, I did, and so when my computer came back on the two icons on my taskbar which were part of the trojan were gone. However I went to go do a sweep to see if the trojan still existed and it does. I's just not in great severity anymore as I on get a few pop-ups when running IE and I can actually use IE as my browser. So I'm asking for help on how to fully delete the virus so the pop ups can resonate and my computer can be at peace once again

I accidentally clicked to allow a BHO to appear using spysweeper, and it gave me a trojan winlogon hook. I'm not able to dete it using spysweeper and I've trie running in safemode and sweeping and it still wn't delete. I can include an HJT log if need be, as long as you guys can help me get the trojan out.

I feel like an absolute idiot for downloading this trojan seeing that it was so easy to block, yet I make mistakes, and I hope you guys can fix it for me.
I included an HJT log files, so I'm hoping anyone can help me.
