Somehow, I got in bad trouble here.
I have run Spybot, Adaware and enabled Spybuster. It cleans up a lot of stuff. As soon as I run Internet Explorer its back.
I tried the AboutBuster to get rid of "about:blank". Some files it says it cannot fix.
Here is what I think I have:
    DSO Exploit
    coolwwwsearch.ah.winshow
    Startpage-EH
    win32.trojandownloader.agent.ad
    Here is my hijack this:

    download but don’t run http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/DelDomains.inf
Download but don’t run CWShredder http://www.intermute.com/spysubtract/cwshredder_download.html

Note, if you use SpywareBlaster and/or IE/Spyads, it will be necessary to re-install the protection both afford. For SpywareBlaster, run the program and re-protect all items. For IE/Spyads, run the batch file and reinstall the protection.

Print this and boot to safe mode

Right click the DelDomains.inf file and click Install, making sure Internet Explorer is closed. You won't see anything happen. Give it a minute.

Open cwshredder.exe then click "Fix" and let it run.

    Fix these with HJT
