I apparently lost some files that affect my ability to send/receive faxes. I have been using my All-in-One Printer 922 for faxing. Now, I get a message "FXSCLNTR.dll" not found when I try to fax. What do I need to do to restore this file. I have tried using "System Restore" but it has not helped.

I have downloaded the file, but I still cannot access my modem. When I try to send a Fax, I do not get a dial tone and there is no indication the phone is dialing out, although my software sends me a message that the Fax has been sent. What do I need to do to get a dial tone?
