My aunt (who is in her 80's!) is having trouble with her email. She is using a laptop PC with Windows 7 Business and Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook. Her email account is with BT Internet.

When she receives emails from certain people using Yahoo email they come through as (what looks to me) unformatted HTML.

If she reads the same emails on her Galaxy Ace mobile phone they are formatted OK.

Emails from all other accounts are OK.

I've pasted some of an offending email message below, as it is quite long I've only inserted a small amount, the rest can be supplied if required.

    Any help is gratefully received.

    Chris.

I'm guessing its on how it's being sent. Just to confirm:

    is it all yahoo accounts?
Are they forward emails or new emails?
    Do they have attachments?

Hi James, thanks for your reply. The delay at my end is due to me having to get in touch with my aunt at the other end of the country.

The emails in question should all have pictures or photographs in them as part of the email and not as attachments.

As far as I can gather they are all forwarded from a 3rd party (sometimes from Australia to Lincoln and on to my aunt) and are the usual jokes and things that get circulated around via email.

She didn't say if it was all Yahoo accounts or just some - although I did ask.
