Hello,
I just got a new laptop with Windows 7 and am now having trouble with my Canon MF3240 imageclass printer/scanner. I have installed the drivers from the Canon website, but need a toolbox to scan multiple pages to a pdf. As it is now, I can print and I can scan, but I can only scan by right-clicking on the printer icon in "printers and devices" and left-clicking on "start scan". This only allows one image at a time and is very time consuming. I downloaded both the Canoscan 5.0 and MF toolbox 4.9 and neither will work. The MF toolbox gives the error: "A supported scanner is not installed." The Canoscan lets me select the source, WIA-Canon MF3200 Series 1.0 (32-32), which I assume is my scanner, but then gives the error: "Unable to select TWAIN source." I saw a blog that suggested adding a path to C:\windows\twain_32\*scanner folder*, but that didn't work, either. I've tried deleting and reinstalling the printer to no avail. Any suggestions?
